Securing Your Private Yacht Charter

Once you have selected your preferred yacht and dates, we move quickly to secure your private luxury vacation. Our professional process ensures your reservation is confirmed seamlessly and securely.

The 4-Step Confirmation Process

  1. Reservation and Agreement

We place your chosen yacht and dates on a 72-hour hold while we prepare your Charter Agreement. This agreement details your selected charter type (e.g., all-inclusive or plus expenses).

  • Agreements are promptly sent to you via DocuSign for your secure digital signature.
  • Note: This initial step includes brief client verification (KYC) and confirmation of the contract signer’s permanent address.

  1. Deposit and Confirmation

Your deposit officially confirms and secures your charter.

  • A 50% deposit (this amount may vary depending on the booking date) is required along with the signed Charter Agreement.
  • Your deposit is held securely in a protected Escrow Account.
  • Time Sensitivity: If a challenge is received from another client during the hold period, your broker will immediately advise you, and we will request that the deposit be made within 48 hours to complete your booking.

  1. Personalization and Preferences

Once confirmed, we begin tailoring your experience with the captain and crew.

  • 2 Months Prior: You will receive a Preference Sheet to detail your party’s travel arrangements, dietary needs, desired beverages, and activities.
  • Guest Manifest: We request a list of all guests with current passport information for official requirements.

  1. Crew Introduction and Final Details

Approximately two weeks before your departure, we connect you with the team that will host your vacation.

  • A Crew Call or Zoom Meeting will be scheduled with the Captain and Chef to review your preferences and address any last-minute questions or concerns.
