Judging Criteria: Originality/Creativity – Taste/Flavor – Presentation – Execution Craft/Technique – Overall Impression – use of Caribbean ingredients

**For the Steward/Stewardesses: Tablescaping Competition 2017 –
Theme: “The Caribbean Sea” Pick a table style of decoration that shows the colours and diversity of the Caribbean Sea. Stewardess/Steward prepare and decorate your table with the Caribbean Sea theme.

Judging criteria will include: originality/creativity, style going with the theme and suitability to your Chefs Menu.

Prize-giving Ceremony and Champagne Reception

Awards ceremony: Was held on Friday 8th December 5.30pm at The Admirals Inn.

Congratulations to all participants who worked their hearts out in this prestigious competion.
