Top Yacht Chefs Compete!
The culinary competition among the yacht chefs is the highlight of the show!
Local Newport chefs and souse chefs judge the event that this year includes four categories: Sunset Canapés, Healthy Beverage, Tablescaping and Best Charter Yacht Chef. The latter category is the main event and involves a Farm-to-Yacht Mystery Basket.
The chefs don’t know what they’ll be preparing until they open the basket and discover their ingredients. They use the contents — and their creativity — to prepare a winning meal.
