Antigua Charter Show dinner onboard 130′ SWEET ESCAPE was my kick-off to experiencing Chef Kdn Lyne 5 Course meal last evening.

A select group of brokers were amazed at the creative food presented by the talented chef (who grew up on an organic farm in Queensland, Australia).

Sweet Escape is just that!  She is a popular charter yacht both in the Caribbean and in New England this coming summer.

Captain Paulo runs a tight ship of fun and detail to service .

Beetroot risotto with grilled jumbo scallop & salsa verde.

Free range chicken leg confit served on sweet potato mash with sautéed kale and orange-whole grain mustard jus.

Dessert :  Caramelized white chocolate mousse, macadamia nut praline & red wine poached pear.
