The USVI Yacht Charter Show 2024 Culinary Competition at Yacht Haven Grande on St. Thomas chose a theme near and dear to my heart: Birds of Paradise. This year’s top yacht chefs were asked to celebrate the famous flower’s color, shape and vibrancy. Of course, there is more to a charter yacht show than meets the lips! We are pleased to share the 2024 awards for culinary delights, yachts and crews. Congratulations, everyone!
A few of our favorite things at CKYCI are about to intersect at the 2024 Mediterranean Yacht Show (MEDYS) in Nafplion, Greece: a top yacht chefs’ competition, ocean conservation initiatives, excellence in yachting, Michelin star anything. From April 27 to May 1, the 9th edition of MEDYS promises another spectacular five-day event for its ever-growing worldwide audience.
Annually, yacht chefs and cooks compete at the Caribbean and Mediterranean yacht charter shows – and we are there for it all! Chef competitions are both deliciously entertaining and tremendously helpful as charter brokers work hard to “pair” clients with chefs for the best possible results.
October Harvest was the theme at the 2023 BVI Charter Yacht Society’s Top Yacht Chefs Competition. Fourteen accomplished and creative chefs competed using pumpkin and cinnamon ingredients for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Yacht chefs submitted 2 of the 3 at the annual yacht charter show held at Nanny Cay Marina, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Also, Best in Show charter yacht winners are featured here.
